Used to trim pour hole waste, remove mold marks, carve and sculpt ceramics and greenware. The F97 fettling knife has a hard tempered steel blade with the same "springy" feel as most conventional blades. The blade is 4" long and is firmly set in a hardwood handle for a total length of 8".
